Our varied menu includes dishes such as Murgh Tanger - Chargrilled chicken cooked in a hot, sweet and sour sauce, combined with chunks of onions and green peppers, lightly stir-fried in a special unique taramind and mango sauce. Bombay Makhni - Spiced chicken tikka with mushrooms, flavored with brandy and served in a wok. Naga Naga - Succulent lamb or chicken pieces cooked with special naga chillie pickle, crushed garlic, cumin seeds and ground mild spices. Tamli Fillet - Strips of fillet steak cooked in tamarind gravy sauce then garnished with coriander and cherry tomatoes. Duck Tikka - Duck marinated in yogurt sauce and roasted in a tandoori clay oven. Vegetable Baby Blussi - A sweet and hot dish cooked in corriander, herbs and green chillies. ...and with your dinner you can choose from our extensive wine list with everything from an easy drinking Whispering Hills Chardonnay, an Australian Shiraz or try the complex Krug Grand Cuvee Champagne.
